This place is awesome and you can literally wear your kids out for cheap. I Highly recommend to parents who like a good nights sleep for them and their kids
Was expecting a good experience and unfortunately was disappointed. The floor was disgustingly dirty. The mats and dodgeball area to the right was falling apart and unkept. I even had to get the assistance of a manager to help with disrespectful rowdy teenage boys that started cussing at me bc I wanted to shoot some hoops with my daughters and asked if I could use the one side after waiting for over 15mins for a turn! Lol so overall with all the better options out there, will never go back.
Had my son’s 5th birthday party here today. They were so amazing and accommodating. Fair price for a party at a place like this. Super sweet staff and no issues whatsoever. 10/10 recommend
We had our 2yr old son’s bday party here and it was a hit. Altitude was so easy to work with, made everything convenient and fun. Our party coordinator, Rhianna, went above and beyond. She helped setup decorations, was clear on all instructions, provided timely updates and ensured we had a great time. Bee helped us with booking and confirming our party details, and was also very lovely. I can’t thank all the staff enough. The one thing I would have wished for differently is a little more breathing room in the mezzanine area, as there isn’t much walkway space around the tables. But otherwise it provided a great space for us to watch the kids from afar and enjoy our company.
Check-in was easy. Got a nice surprise when we paid . The cashier gave us a discount. My granddaughter had the whole place to herself, so she ran and jumped all over the place. Managers and staff were doing a good job of cleaning up the place. Snacks are available. We enjoyed our visit!
