Altitude Trampoline Park Marysville

Not great for parents. They don’t have nice seating for parents, just these backless benches with metal railings to lean against. Due to lack of seats, some parents sit on the massage chairs, which create an annoying beeping noise since they aren’t paying. And the rest of us have to listen to the beeping. Super annoying experience. The trampoline area itself is ok.

Great trampoline park! I love that they have open plane from when they open till when they close and they also just added arcade machines which is way cool. I think we’re gonna do my son’s birthday party next year here for sure.

We hosted our son’s birthday party here on Sunday and let me just say, it was AMAZING! The guy who checked us in and hosted our party for us was amazing and made the whole process much easier for me and my husband. The kids had a blast and we overall had an amazing time here! They have definitely improved the facility and the staff were amazing! I would highly recommend booking a party here if you have a kiddos birthday soon!

We went here last night for the first time to celebrate my son’s 5th birthday. We had never been before, I actually heard not so great things about it in the past so I was not sure what to expect. I’ll just start by the young man who checked us in, absolutely five stars for his attitude and helpfulness checking in. The two young ladies in orange shirts that were walking around cleaning told my oldest son that the ropes course that is in the air was closed for the night, he was very bummed about this, we told him to go to the front desk and ask the man there and he put him up there. We were grateful for that. We jumped for two hours and then hit the arcade. After the arcade the SUPER sweet lady in the manager shirt helped my boys pick out their prizes and really the staff there blew our minds on how great they were. So accommodating and welcoming, we will be back for memberships very soon!! Also the security guard made me feel much safer and he was also very kind too! Great job!! I wish I got the names of the two staff members that went above and beyond for us. Thank you!!

My family and I attended a birthday party here and loved the experience. The place was clean and well-managed. There were other families there, but not super crowded. All the kids behaved themselves. It was pretty wholesome. Seemed like a better value than Dave & Busters. They also had a specialized raised obstacle course/experience that was free with admission which was awesome. The manager was awesome and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. His direct involvement in our experience actually made the difference and made it an amazing time for all. I apologize that I did not get his name. Tall guy, super friendly. Could probably Rock Bottom the Rock. Anyway, it was a great time. Thanks for this.
