We really like this place, and our kids love it as well. We have been members for over a year and have always enjoyed coming here. However, during our last few visits, we have had uncomfortable experiences with one particular employee who has been quite rude. We were repeatedly told “this is not allowed” and “that is not allowed” in a very unfriendly manner, which made us feel unwelcome. We understand that rules must be followed, but the way they are communicated matters. We believe members—especially families who have supported this place for a long time—should be treated with respect.

Awesome time with my grandson at sky zone. Love the various activities and challenges in addition to trampoline. Bike riding, basketball, balance, beam, slides, foam pit and Wii sports! Perfect place to burn off steam for all ages.

I recently had a birthday party at SkyZone in Mountlake Terrace, and it was an amazing experience! All the kids had a fantastic time jumping around, playing games, and enjoying the trampoline activities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and safely. I want to give big shoutout to our party host Zack who made our experience 100 times better. Thanks to him the party area was clean and spacious, perfect for celebrating with friends and family. Overall, SkyZone provided a fun, energetic, and memorable environment that made the birthday celebration truly special. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to host a lively and enjoyable party for kids!

Reading through the reviews and experiences from previous parties booked at Sky Zone, we were a bit hesitant to book our child's party here. Our experience was completely different from what we expected—in the best way possible! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and organized. Our party host was attentive, energetic, and made sure all our questions or concerns were addressed. They kept everything running smoothly, from jumping time to pizza and ensuring all the gifts and our belongings made it to the party room. The kids had an absolute amazing time bouncing around the various attractions—the foam pit, dodgeball courts, and basketball dunking areas were huge hits. The party package was great value for what we got, and cleanup was a breeze since the staff handled everything. We're so glad we didn't let the negative reviews scare us away. Every location and every party is different, and ours was fantastic. Highly recommend giving Sky Zone a chance—you might be pleasantly surprised like we were! The facility has awesome jumping structures and options for kids, staff are really nice, but it was sooo dirty when we went today. There were stains all over the place, it was seriously so gross. There were also various broken straps and features, and while trying to fix one structure with another mom, for fear our kids could slip under it, a staff mentioned it had been broken for awhile but was perfectly safe because it was anchored down… I was surprised as my friends rave about the facility so many it was just a really bad day? I honestly want a refund on the membership, will be calling tomorrow to discuss this. 1st photo the straps were broken, next two photos both structures were broken, blue phone was structure that has aparently been broken for quite some time, last three photos some of the photos of stains, but there were manyyyy more.
