Called in to pick up a calor gas bottle. All the staff were very friendly, they helped with an enquiry about boat hire and brought the full bottle to our car.

The staff at Alvechurch Marina are the loviest people to deal with, they are so jovial, helpful and accommodating. Simon was our instructor on operating the boat and he was great. He achieved the kangaroo award (hat pin). So thank you staff our 7 days with my family and young Grand Children was a memory to cherish. Kind regards Paul Parrington

Partner and I hire a boat for the day and had a great time without issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only way today could have improved is if we hired a boat for a few days instead.

This was our 4th trip, hiring, a ABC narrowboat from Alvechurch. Great boats, very friendy & helpful staff in a lovely location. Have had perfect & memorable holidays that everyone has loved. The scenery, heritage & wildlife on the way made everyday seem different. Great help & service when we returned & a lovely selection of souvenirs in the well stocked chandlery.

I make an annual trip here with my family and here out one of the day boats. The staff working around the marina are always really helpful and friendly. The boat itself is kitted out with everything you might need throughout the day - toilet, sinks, kettle, hobs, fridge, plates, cutlery, mugs, glassware etc. You get a tutorial on how to operate the boat and off you go! Perfect in the summer.
