We had two arm chairs in our family that are over 50 years old. They are solid wood and steel, but unfortunately, in very bad condition. It’s really hard to find furniture that is this solid these days so we decided to keep them and have them reupholstered and cleaned. Freddi Alverson was open and honest about the length of time it would take to repair the chairs, but also offered a very honest price. He was honest enough to recommend, possibly just replacing the chairs, but we explained that the chairs had value that was not tangible. Excellent craftsmanship and worth the time effort and money. I highly recommend

My grandsons decided to make a canvas out of my sofa with permanent markers. Fortunately I discovered Fred Alverson and his upholstery shop on the Miracle Mile. Fred went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He delivered an exceptional product and I am thrilled. You may have to wait to get on the schedule of this family business, but it's well worth it ☮️

Our leather set was shot, no support left and cat damage. They are back to original, if not better. What a gentleman. Took him 6 at a time. Very expensive set. That is why we invested in redoing. Replacement is too expensive.
