Unfortunately this shop carries some great tires. If it weren't for that, these guys would probably be out of business with their archaic way of scheduling customers. Today while planning to purchase new winter tires (about $1300) for a car, I had to show up 45 minutes before the store opened to get into a line of about 50 people. Finally at 830am I was at the front of the line where I was told my car would be ready at the end of the day. At 5pm I was worried it wouldn't be done and called the shop. They told me it would be done at 6pm. So I arranged for a ride to bring me to the shop 45 minutes away only to find my car hadn't even been brought into the shop yet. The only explanation given to me was that cars are seen in the order that they arrived which makes perfect sense. Not even the slightest hint of an apology for telling me it would be ready in an hour. TERRIBLE customer service, I'll be happy to NEVER spend a dime at this shop again.

The service is pretty good, but the store itself is disgusting. I'm not a clean freak but it is legit gross. Not sure why they don't have a cleaner. Has definitely gone downhill since the last time I was in.

Alyeska Tire has always gone above and beyond on customer service for me. I've gotten great tires at a great price there, but their service shines above all. They accommodated a seasonal tire change in a tight time frame for me once when I was really in a bind on scheduling and obligations. Another time when I had my dealership do my changeover and I found my lug nuts were loose later, the dealership admitted no fault and said they couldn't get me in even to tighten them without leaving my car a whole day - Alyeska Tire had a guy and a wrench come out and take care of it immediately so I could be safely back on the road. When I got a screw in my tire, Alyeska fixed it right away and because I had gotten the tires from them, there was no charge. A truly stellar business that takes care of you.

Great customer service. Prices are very competitive. Also have large selection of large truck tires in stock. I take both my Jeep and Ram there for all my tire work. Took my new tractor to have winter tires this fall as well. They ordered my tires and put them on my tractor. I recommend these guys all the time to my friends.
