After looking all around Austin, I found this place very trustworthy and professional. The staff are very friendly and know what they’re doing. What I like about them is they always double check to see the work they have done resolved the problem and the car is fixed at a reasonable price and if you come back with any issue regarding the repair, they won’t hesitate to take a look at it and fix it again at no extra charge. Patrick and Jake are two gentlemen that helped with my vehicles during two different visits. I am new in Austin and I’m glad that I finally found a trustworthy auto mechanic shop. Highly recommended. Thank you guys. 🤙🏼

They got me in same day. They listened to my issue and ran their tests. The tests came back saying everything was fine. I thought it was an alternator issue but they said everything was fine with the alternator, battery and the ignition. I said to leave the car on but engine off for 15 minutes and it’ll die. So they tried it, battery dies and that lead them to believe it was an issue with a cell in the battery. I told them it was under warranty at another shop so they jumped me and sent me on my way. (I did have to pay for the diagnostic tests, but they are thorough and they text you the report.) So glad they listened to me and took my suggestion when they could have easily brushed me off and said “the tests shows everything is fine.”

Pro Tip. Go to the dealership for an oil change. They are gonna mail you something. And then they find a bunch of work you need done. And then call these guys. They'll do the work fast and cheaper than the dealership. They do great work fast, and they're friendly and knowledgeable. Found these guys through referral and I am very happy w them.

So convenient; so friendly; fairly-priced. I discovered this spot after receiving some coupons from them in the mail. Prior to this I planned on getting an oil change and wheel alignment at Meineke (~$200). I got both done at Amazing for around $130 (original price: ~$150). I waited for my car inside their lobby: they have WiFi, snacks, super cold ac, really cute restroom, and drinks!
