I brought my 2021 Toyota RAV4 to this car wash/detailing place after a passenger vomited in my vehicle while I was driving for Uber. The mess was only inside the car and required interior cleaning only. They charged me $495 just for interior cleaning, which is completely unreasonable and far above normal market prices for this type of service. I feel like they took advantage of the situation and overcharged me simply because I needed urgent cleaning to continue working. I strongly believe this is not honest business practice and feels like a scam. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially rideshare drivers who are already losing income when situations like this happen. Be very careful before agreeing to any service here — always ask for written pricing upfront.

Amazing Detailing is enthusiastically recommended if you want your car or SUV looking even better than it did in the dealer showroom. My SUV was thoroughly detailed on the inside and exterior, hand-washed, polished, and Ceramic coated. The results are awesome. Owner, Noah, took me through the multi step process at drop off. I shopped around, compared a lot of services, and am delighted I selected Amazing Detailing in Alexandria.

Highly recommend Amazing Detailing! They washed and detailed my Jeep Wagoneer that had been through multiple back to back road trips with kids; they found the crusty French fries underneath the seats and gave my mom utility vehicle the love it so desperately needed. Repeat customer! This time I got a ceramic coating, engine cleaning, and interior detailing. I could not be happier with the outcome. My car is shining brighter than ever. The inside looks immaculate and the engine looks pristine! Thank you again Amazing Detailing! Noah and his sons are amazing!

Many parts of my car still dirty, floor mats, steering wheel and pedals are very slick, overly silicone dressed in my opinion. The rest of the interior was very well done, although there were still spots where a little more detail would have been appreciated, particularly around the vent grills and car seat anchors. For $400 I’d have hoped for an almost immaculate detail, however there were smudges, water drops, sticky residue, and parts of the car that didn’t get any attention (rear window tailgate window). Customer service was very good, Noah, Richmond and team were friendly. Arrived at around 3:30pm, probably was a bit of a rushed job since it was later in the day.
