I must honor my sense to take a moment to provide a favorable, high rating to Amazing Edibles Catering, I believe all five star ratings previously provided are well-earned and deserved and there is much to be said for consistently delivering high quality food and service. I organized a party for 60 from a different time zone and thousands of miles away not having had the benefit of tasting (or speaking to family or friends who had) the food prior to signing the agreement. I went w/the suggestion of the party facility's staff and my own faith in the process. I had many options for my vegan, gluten free, vegetarian and meat eater family and friends to choose from The food was wonderfully presented, all my guests commented on how great everything tasted. I must call out the skills of the dedicated and professional staff, I loved working with them especially on the night of the party. Well done all, cheers.
As the Father of the Bride(FOB), Nervousness and Worry dominated my heart (even more than my daughter) as it was my job to make 180 guests welcome and enjoy their evening and support my daughter and son-in-law to realize their Vision (Even ALL of our last Minute requests). They will become your Trusted Partner in your Journey Led by Andrea!!!! Amazing Edibles NOT ONLY shared my burdens, but executed FLAWLESSY ALL of our special requests through their RESPONSIVE, COLLABORATIVE, & PATRON CENTRIC approach! Their ATTENTIVE teams from start to finish from Admin, to Sales, to Bartenders, to Servers to End of Night Clean up went ABOVE AND BEYOND! For Example, we had MANY GUESTS travel from Ireland who LOVE GUINESS(and pouring Guiness is an art unlike any other beer). They sent 4 staff members to the Guiness Team to learn how to pour Guiness! We had PLENTY of other unique and special requests and each one was greeted with a Yes...No Problem! Post wedding I have reached out to MANY GUESTS and ALL OF THEM RAVED ABOUT THE FOOD. "the Beef was melt in your Mouth Tender..." , "The Appetisers from the Mac and Cheese to the Spring Rolls, Popcorn Cones and filet medallions were fabulous, to the exquisite sweet tables" Pre-dinner, one of the team approached me and said they were out of wine, ...Should they say wine is out or run out and buy more and we'll settled up next week? Obviously I asked them to get more of the same wine and they had to go to 2 stores to get them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff(TEAM AMAZING) truly live up to their name! Led by Andrea, Samantha, and our exceptional Captain Jose along with ALL of the Staff. One example was that my cousin and the guests at her couch LOVED the Popcorn Cones and asked the server for several, and the server gave her the entire tray! And my FOB Speech was last and I needed 2 cups of hot coffee for my dinner and Jose had it there in a timely manner so that I was ready for the most important speech of my life. To Conclude, It is my Joy to share that my daughter and son-in-law as well as ALL 180 guests enjoyed the night as Amazing Edibles Flawlessy executed all of our requests to live up to our VISION!

The Best Wedding Food and Service We've Ever Experienced We hired Amazing Edibles for our wedding, and we cannot recommend them highly enough, they are true memory-makers, not just caterers. From the very first consultation, Andrea, Samantha, Remedy, and their entire team were more than accommodating, genuinely listened to our vision, and worked tirelessly to make every single request happen, setting the stage for a truly flawless event. Service & Attention to Detail: The Epitome of Hospitality The service provided by the entire staff (wait staff and bartenders) was impeccable. Our guests are still raving about the warm, flawless feeling they received. The attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly executing our vision with the stunning place settings. Our tables, complete with luxurious velvet napkins and elegant gold flatware, looked absolutely breathtaking. The passed appetizers and drinks (including amazing martinis and Guinness!) during cocktail hour were phenomenal and truly elevated the experience. Furthermore, our dedicated personal waitress was attentive and perfectly attuned to our needs throughout dinner, ensuring we were taken care of without ever having to ask. The management went above and beyond: Samantha was magnificent on the floor, running the show with a constantly smiling face and checking in with us exactly when we needed her. Andrea came personally from the kitchen to check on us (bride & groom) during cocktail hour, a gesture of personal care that was truly next level and meant the world to us. The small moments, like a bartender immediately filling my champagne glass when I set it down, summed up their proactive and attentive staff. They even stayed late to help my dad with cleanup logistics! Their whole team embodied the epitome of the service industry. The Food: Absolutely Incredible We simply cannot say enough about the food, WOW! It was absolutely incredible. We know hot food at a wedding is a rare feat, but the temperature of every single dish was perfectly hot, a massive undertaking that didn't go unnoticed by our families. The generous portion sizes were appreciated, and the incredible preparation of the fall vegetables, braised short rib, potatoes truly captured the harvest theme we wanted. Incorporating our specific request for Kerrygold butter and ensuring all wine glasses were filled were just more examples of their dedication to personalized care. The feedback from our guests has been overwhelming. Here are a few messages we received: "I think the food at your wedding was the best wedding food I have ever had." "The beef at the wedding was one of the best pieces of meat I have ever had." "Everything was absolutely perfect; that was BY FAR the BEST meal I've ever had at a wedding, and probably ever will have." Crafting a Once-In-A-Lifetime Moment Amazing Edibles gave us a once-in-a-lifetime meal and moment that perfectly reflected our hopes of breaking bread with the people we love the most. We had such a wonderful experience working with Amazing Edibles! From the very beginning, the team (specifically Sam, Remedy and Andrea) was incredibly collaborative in helping us choose the perfect menu. They took the time to get to know our personal taste, offered suggestions, and made the planning process feel fun and stress-free. Throughout the entire process, they were consistently responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to our event. On the day itself, their staff (shoutout to Jose and Luisa) went above and beyond and were attentive, professional, and warm, making sure every guest felt well cared for. They were even nice enough to pack up some food for my husband and I to take home. The food was delicious, the service was seamless, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend Amazing Edibles enough!
We hired Amazing Edibles for our wedding caterers. They were absolutely great. Super responsive (often answering emails in minutes). The tasting session was private (just for us) and delicious. The prices were transparent. The food at the wedding was also really delicious. The service on the day of the event was polite, fast, effective. The table setup and placement was top-tier. I have only good things to say about them.
