I am a wedding planner and have worked with Hearty Boys several times. When it was my turn to get married, I knew they were my top choice caterer! I NEEDED to have their pork belly skewer at my wedding. Matter of fact, I received an incredible amount of compliments about the food itself but in particular, the pork belly, which was so fun to share my love of it with my guests. Hearty Boys has an incredible reputation for their level of customer service, attention to detail and overall friendly staff. I absolutely love working with them and was honored that they were part of my day. I will shout it from the rooftops - BOOK HEARTY BOYS!!! It will be one of the best decisions you make :)

We used Hearty Boys for our June wedding and it was perfection. Food was the most important thing to me for our wedding because 1. I love food and 2. Wedding meals can be memorable. Our guests still talk about how delicious our food was and that’s all I wanted! They are incredibly communicative and we worked with Alyson who is a true joy. Our tasting was a blast and they are willing to work with you and get creative if they don’t have something on the menu, they’ll add it!! and Alyson made me feel totally at easy during our final walk through which was also key! We did a plated dinner and then their s’mores station and it was a blast! 10/10 recommend !!

Their full-service approach made everything easy, and we especially appreciated having a staff member assigned just to us as the bride and groom to keep us fed and they even saved us desserts we would have otherwise missed. The “hearty” in their name is no joke. No one goes hungry after a meal with them!

She helped us set realistic expectations, mapped out the flow of the day, and offered guidance that made planning feel calm and supported. On the day itself, Alyson was the last person I saw before walking down the aisle — and she made sure I looked perfect. That single moment captures so much of who she is: attentive, composed, and totally invested in making your day feel magical. The Hearty Boys team, and especially Alyson, went far beyond their roles to make sure our wedding was not only beautiful but meaningful. We couldn’t recommend them more.
