Jose came out yesterday and ran a diagnostic on my Water Heater. He explained the cause of the damage was due to high water pressure. Mine was at 100 it’s supposed to be at 70. He explained I would need a new pressure reducing valve and new water heater. He went over warranty and different models and set up delivery for today. Izzac came out today and installed the AO Water Heater and new PRV. He answered all the questions I had and provided additional insight regarding how to check for leaks. Great Customer Service and they will be maintaining my heater under the coverage I purchased with their company. 10/10 Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Ambitious Plumbing. They came out today and stayed until the job was actually done. Another company had already been out twice, and on the second visit tried to charge me $7,000 for a repair that Ambitious Plumbing handled simply by being patient and knowing what they were doing. Lazz was the technician who came out today, and he was outstanding. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue, didn’t rush, and worked through it methodically until it was fixed. The whole job was completed in about an hour, not days. Honest work, fair pricing, and someone who doesn’t give up when a job gets tough. I’ll definitely be calling Ambitious Plumbing again.

After a pipe burst following the freeze, Ambition Plumbing acted fast. I was connected with a plumber within minutes, and Fernando immediately walked me through locating the water shutoff until he could arrive. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was made much easier thanks to his clear guidance and excellent service. They came out to fix what appeared to be a broken pipe in the ceiling of the garage, just above the water heaters. The tech, Lazarus, quickly realized that it wasn’t a broken pipe but a hole in the expansion tank on top of a water heater. And more surprising was he had a replacement on hand. Lastly, the tech arrived early and assisted me on clearing out part of the garage. That was a big help as I’m an amputee with a horrid back! Great company and people!
