I'm here to say; I am glad I contacted American Association-Notaries. I was trying to finalize my certificate for months; with no success. Today I was at the point of coming to their office to get my certification done, because I was stuck at the downloading, to receive my certificate. I contacted the office to get their physical address, so that I can bring my laptop there. However, I spoke with Ariel and explained my situation to her. After Ariel PATIENTLY explained my options. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and they have been great. This time there was a hang up on my end because I approved their proof not noticing they had spelled out middle name instead of initial. They were able to correct quickly so I could get to the state and file bond. Great Service, One stop shop really on everything you need to file.
