Hands down THE BEST comedy club in SD. Delicious bites, wide variety of drinks and friendly staff. I have been here twice and thoroughly enjoyed each time. Kelly was our server and she is the sweetest! Very attentive and welcoming, ensuring our needs were met during our entire visit. I would definitely come back again and again.
Got seated right away. Staff so professional and courteous! Rachel, the server, answered all our questions and even made suggestions on drinks and food. Establishment is clean and music is great! A good time!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an awesome time at American Comedy Co. in San Diego. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and nonstop laughs all night. The comedians were top-notch and the crowd energy made it even better. Drinks were solid, service was quick, and the venue is laid out perfectly to enjoy the show from anywhere. Definitely one of the best comedy spots in San Diego—highly recommend and will be back! Shawna was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her people skills are top-notch—friendly, upbeat, and effortlessly attentive without ever feeling rushed or intrusive. She handled everything with ease, kept the energy positive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire night. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with such a warm, personable vibe, but Shawna nailed it. She truly added to the whole experience and made our night even better. Highly recommend grabbing a table in her section—she’s a star! 🌟
We had an awesome time. Saw great comedian. Got there early so we can be up front. Great service from the waitresses. Everybody was very receptive with their customer service from the front to the back. My girlfriend said they could have a little bigger selection of drinks. I just thought the drinks were very pricey. Other than that I'm giving them a five-star because I thought it was a great first experience.
