Nice furniture. Fair prices. Friendly and efficient staff. That is American Furniture Galleries. When Iwalked in, I was immediately greeted with a big ‘hello’. Tony was very helpful, answering all my questions without hesitation. Once i decided what i wanted, the paper work was done in minutes — no waiting around like I’ve experienced at other stores. Yesterday the furniture was delivered in pristine condition and set up by the efficient delivery people. When next I need furniture, I will be going back to American Furniture Galleries.

I went into America’s furniture, not knowing exactly what I wanted, and not having an abundance of knowledge when it came to the furniture world. Jason kindly informed me about all things furniture since this was my first attempt at buying my own. He was very personable, not pushy and helped me find something that was unique to my style and the perfect fit for my home. They have amazing prices without sacrificing quality. If you ever go to this location , make sure to ask for Jason!

Friendly nice sales staff. Answered all my questions and provided other information I needed like the extended warranty, which I wanted and didn’t know that was available. They were not pushy and gave me time to think about it. The showroom was large and well lit. The prices were very good for that sale, including no sales tax on their opening day. For the delivery staff. They were respectful of my property/home and handled my new furniture with care. They were very fast at assembling my furniture and made sure everything worked to my liking and put it where I wanted it to be placed. They were also nice and friendly. I would definitely try them again whenever I need some new furniture

Terrible experience. I bought a chair from American Furniture, and it broke quickly. I filed a claim, and they promised a replacement. I waited *8 months*, and nothing arrived. The claim was then closed with no explanation. When I went to the store, they told me to open a new claim — unacceptable! Very poor service and communication. I do not recommend this place.

I can’t say enough good things about American Furniture. The floor space is HUGE, The layout is well organized, and if they don’t have it, than you don’t need it. Tim was the salesman that greeted me, and there was no sales pressure during my visit. After two visits, I purchased four barstools. They look GREAT 👍🏻
