I purchased my furniture online so this review is specifically about delivery although I’m very happy with the furniture, too. The guys were great. I rudely didn’t get their names but if I find out I will update the review. They were extremely accommodating. There’s a lot of kids, pets, sharp corners, slanted driveway, tight spaces, and stairs. They even worked around the foul weather after I did a poor job of clearing the snow from the driveway though they would have been justified if they chose to reschedule me. They were courteous and patient and didn’t even seem to mind the kids spying on them at every turn. Perfectly assembled furniture and they double checked that everything was where I wanted it and were open to making any changes if needed. All the packaging was removed which is a huge bonus when you have a large family and limited dumpster space. I can’t say enough good things about their kindness and professionalism. The service far exceeded the delivery cost.

Isaac and Juan Who delivered our furniture this morning did an amazing job they were quick, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond. Isaac and Juan thank you very much! you honestly did the best job!! Also Darrel who has been there for 30 years and helped us purchase our new furniture was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to work with! Darrel thank you very much as well you made the process very easy and enjoyable!

My wife and I are very happy with American Furniture Warehouse in Thornton! Carlos, our sales associate, was awesome to work with. Carlos was friendly, courteous, and helpful as we navigated the store; he helped us pick out the perfect chairs and bookcase for our basement, and was able to pair our scheduled delivery with other items purchased at your Westminister location so we wouldn't be charged for two separate deliveries. Incredible customer service! This is exactly why we highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and a wonderful staff. Thank you for having such amazing employees! 100/10 absolutely will be buying from AFW again! The delivery process was an absolute cake walk! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!! I got a couch and a table and they set it up within 5 minutes!! In and out! And the furniture is COMFORTABLE!! Thank you American Furniture Warehouse for such a simple and easy process!! Tim and his other partner for set up were so professional and like I said they were in and out!! Everything set up.. I’m amazed!!

This business has an abundant selection and excellent customer service. So much to choose from. Two huge floors of various displays. We chose delivery for the chair we purchased. The whole process was stress free and enjoyable. The chair was delivered to our home and brought inside within two days. So simple and convenient. We will shop here again when we are in the market for furniture and home decor.
