I just took out my cpr renewal and I declined the other offers but it still charged me like $74 bucks. How does that make sense??? I was originally gonna get charged $14 but then it went to $30something and now $70somerhjng??? I need a refund.
They charged me for 3 different things? I need them to refund me immediately before I sue because how dd. Choose the 15.00 option and ended up paying $44?
SCAM! CPR was advertised for $14.95. They charged me $73.90 and after calling twice to see what was going on they could only provide me with a receipt for $36.95 even though the charge went through for $73.90. dishonest, this is not done, they do not respond to emails. It's all a scam, I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Be aware of add-on charges. Be sure to decline. They also do not provide an immediate link to a completion document, unlike other certification programs (both online and in person). The course was quick and easy though, if you have time to wait for a card to be snail-mailed.
