So far so good! After a very thorough and nonjudgemental intake with Charles, I decided to join! I'm excited to see how much stronger I'll get and I've enjoyed working with Miranda so far. She listens to me and adjusts my work out to my specific challenges. The semi private class set up is great and the other clients are friendly!
I’ve been training here for the past 10 months, and the main reason I’ve stayed consistent for this long is truly because of Charles, Miranda and Noe. They are incredibly motivating and always know how to tweak the exercises to suit my needs, making every session effective and enjoyable. Best training I've ever had! 1. Well thought out, planned training sessions that incorporate all three planes of motion. 2. Professional yet friendly atmosphere. 3. I've been a member at Conquer for almost a year and absolutely love it! Charles, Miranda, and Noe are amazing, supportive trainers. They work with you to modify exercises to avoid injuries or accommodate any issues, and they're always there to help with form. The small class sizes make the workouts personal and efficient—no waiting around for equipment, and you can move at your own pace. Every workout is different, so it never gets boring. The environment is fun and positive. I actually look forward to working out! I've seen more muscle definition and have lost about 15 pounds.
