American medical supply was very very helpful in my need for wheelchair parts for my mother. They did not try to sell me anything but instead or very thorough wanting the wheelchair so they could make sure they had the correct parts for it. I appreciate Their knowledge and professionalism in all our interactions thank you again to the staff

So I have to come on here because I rented a medical grade lifting reclining chair. I got a quote called to confirm my quote and when I arrived, the price has changed without any notification the manager Maria was very aggressive towards me when I called her out the sudden change she threw on that she was rude and aggressive due having a in heart attack and expected me to just know that she did. I was quite disappointed with the service level I received from the manager. I was also quite disappointed that when I rented my chair, no insurance was offer in case any damage occurred unfortunately I had damaged on the chair due to one of my pets chewing on the cable. Instead of offering us insurance, I was charged in additional $500 to replace the cable which is unheard of so I do not recommend for anyone locally to use this company I retract any previous comments I have made about this company. Horrible service, no able to return items once purchase and extremely over priced. Lastly they need to get rid of the horrible management Maria the front manager. I will never use them EVER again. ************ American Medical and Equipment Supply has been our medica supplier of choice for many years. From renting knee scooters for our kids injuries, purchase an office chair gel cushion that lasted me over 5years. They have very knowledgeable representatives, very reasonably priced and they have outstanding customer service. I strongly recommend them.

Went to purchase a wheelchair for my mother. Justina was knowledgeable, and directed me to exactly the type of chair I was looking for. She showed me all of the key features and how to properly collapse it for transport. She did suggest an appropriate add-on, which I also purchased because it made sense. Our family is currently experiencing multiple decisions and challenges with our elderly parents. This decision was made an easy one, thanks to Justina.

I recently rented a mobility scooter from American Medical and equipment supply. It’s just a third time I have rented it and used it for one or two days when I was doing an activity that required a lot of walking. American medical equipment and supply is convenient and extremely helpful. I have rented their more than once because they have a simple process And reasonable prices. I know I will be going there again because I’m not ready to purchase a scooter, but it’s very convenient to have one on some occasions they are kind and friendly efficient and fair.

This was the first time that I’ve ever went here, everyone were amazing. Greeted me when I walked in, helped me find what I was looking for, great personalities, professional and very knowledgeable. For years I and my friends and family went to a medical supply store on Bascom on a corner and to many times and we’re not treated well, always felt unwanted. Now I know where to go and also where to refer people because I almost felt they were all one family and I was one of their family members. The store has a great inventory and the people are very helpful at finding what you need. Thank you all for everything you did for me and I appreciate all of you! William..
