I was referred to American Tech Support by a friend several years ago. American Tech Support is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I have called them on numerous occasions over the years and always gotten excellent results. I would not trust any other tech support company because they have always been fair and honest and gone the extra mile each time I have called.

Out of the five that I googled and attempted to contact, American Tech Support was the ONLY one that actually had a phone number and somebody answered on the second ring. The fact that I could actually speak with somebody was well worth the extra penny I was about to spend. I have to be honest, at first, I thought it was a little more than I could spend but it gets better. That same person came to my house the following day, was on time and really knew his stuff. Very professional and personable. He did his job, did it well and even checked back a couple days later to make sure all was well. AND I even contacted them a few more days later with questions regarding the resources he suggested to keep my computer safe. Highly recommend and well worth every penny spent. It's one of those things, you get what you pay for! Thank you American Tech Support!

We have worked with American Tech Support for over two years and always been very impressed with the service. When we had a serious problem recently, the company made an appointment to see us quickly. The tech cleaned up our system, gave excellent advice and helped us change passwords. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and patient. It is a pleasure to work with American Tech Support. In caring for customers, the company believes in time management and cost effectiveness. We couldn't ask for better support. Bill and Charlotte Bagwell

Thank you American Tech Support! I am so pleased with the work you did installing my Windows Server 2012. It’s not always easy to get this kind of exceptional service in the LoDo, Denver area. I needed a company to install and maintain my server so I did my usual Google search and voila! American Tech Support to the rescue. I got a detailed estimate that was absolutely clear, but they didn’t stop there, they included details that other companies sending me quotes at the time did not include, some other companies had these things at additional costs. To help me in the decision process, I was allowed to call some companies they worked for in the past and they all sang praises. At one point, the American Tech Support Team was at the company I was calling for a referral. They were happy to share their pleasure about their responsiveness. Once we confirmed them, the installation was completed on-time with some hours to spare and it was all done within budget. I will definitely use them again for server maintenance and even installation in other offices. I recommend American Tech Support to every company in Denver Colorado. - Happy and pleased customer
