I had an amazing experience with them! I am a single mom who works in healthcare trying to do everything I can for my babies. The boss made sure not only did he get my spare taking care of with a major discount, but also gave me another tire on the house! He cared about me and my kids more than he cared about what I could pay. We need more people like these workers! 🙏🏽 I will becoming back next week to do the two front ones and an alignment! I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review. I noticed my tire pressure light was on. After attempting to fill it with air I decided to just go here so they can do a double check just for a peace of mind. I was instantly greeted by Gregory and he listened to my story and asked a few pertinent questions. He took a look at the car and then checked me in so they can take a look at the tire. Turns out, the tire pressure was due to a nail. I got there at 9:30, Gregory said it’d take about an hour, but they were done by 10:12. Also, I noticed I forgot to put the tire cap back on and noticed that they put in a new one for me. I’m genuinely grateful for the team and for making my visit efficient and quick. Thanks guys!
This morning, I visited for the first time ever. I was greeted promptly, and Gabriel asked all the right questions to begin the process of repairing my tire. He made great conversation as he read my tires and then led me inside to wait. The service was fast, like less than 20 minutes, and everyone working there was so friendly. I am satisfied with the patch job on my tire, and I will return for all future tire needs after the incredible service today. Thank you guys!
Very disappointed with the customer service. They are way more interested in making sales than solving the actual problem itself. I’ve been there for over two hours. The new tire has no cap on the valve nor does it have a finished look. The sales rep was more concerned about getting the alignment inspection done even though I told him two times that I was no longer interested in getting my tires in line. I just wanted my tire to be replaced.
The reason for me writing a review is solely because the customer service that I received top-notch from the beginning phone call to the customer service when I walked up and walked in the facility. I did not get the gentleman‘s name on the phone, but that’s where it all started. Everyone at this facility are all hustlers and very welcoming. The young lady named Skyler was the person that was walking me through the process from the beginning to the end she was probably one of the best people I have dealt with the customer service for many years America’s tire should Hold onto her for as long as they can she was awesome…. Good job America’s tires
