I had a wonderful experience all thanks to Tia. I went through the car wash because my car had a lot of bird droppings. The first go around didn’t remove the droppings, and when I got to Tia to wipe my car, she did her best but she told me that I should go around again free of charge. Her positive energy and thorough work made my experience so wonderful and I hope this gives her the recognition she deserves.
The people are always real happy to greet but I have to say...I went through the wash twice this past week and it still wasn't washed very well ..it's normally pretty good but not sure if they changed soaps or what....hmmm
I really love coming here. I have the monthly subscription. I come all the time. The staff is very helpful and kind. I always feel bad when I don’t have cash to tip them. Mathew specifically. He’s always there with a smile. I get a lot of dead bugs on the front of my car. He always make sure to spend extra time at the beginning spraying it all off before I enter the wash. I came tonight and it was around closing time. He washed and dried the car for me. And he had already turned off the vacuums and he just turned them on for me without asking. Let it on past closing and waited for me to finish and turned it off. I will definitely be keeping my membership for a long time and highly recommend it to other people.
Power washing guy at the front spent extra time getting the bugs off my cars grill, nice!!! And they gave me a free re wash since it didn’t get everything off the first time. Top notch
New to the area, seen all the good reviews on here so I gave it a go:) We did a 2 day road trip and my vehicle was covered in bug guts. I’ve gotta say it did a Fantastic job! Highly recommend 🤙🏼
