I’ve contact the company to explain the issue ( wasps) and set up an appointment. In the same day( afternoon),the technician Octavian arrived and solved the problem. He was kind, helpful, informative. I’m thrilled with the service and for sure in the future if other issues arise I will contact them. 100% good service

Very satisfied! In August of 2024, I found a few bed bugs in my appartment and several dozen at my neighbors. My landlord hired Amiral. They provided instructions in advance. Their plan involves three treatments, a month apart. They inspected each apartment in my building, treated multiple rooms at once. They were efficient and their treatment schedule was minimally disruptive. They placed a bunch of sticky traps for monitoring after each treatment. They also offer a 6 month bed bug free guarantee. I only saw one live bed bug in the first treatment and none after the second treatment. I don’t think they treat kitchens, but their treatment was effective at producing a bunch of dead bed bugs in my kitchen anyway.
