I am reminded of Yogi Berry’s saying, “ nobody goes there anymore, its too crowded”I brought my car in with relatively minor repairs and it took several weeks to get a quote and an appointment. They told me it would take 6 business days, then gave me a pick-up date 9 business days after and then called me to pick up the car after 8 days. I am convinced they didn’t work on the car until a week after I dropped it off, based on a discussion I had with them when I called to follow up. To be fair, the repair job was excellent. But the process could have been better.
