I don't know how or why they got my email address since I live in NH and have NEVER shown any interest in Boston real estate! After receiving NINE emails from Patrick Reagan (without a response from me), one would think the guy would give up. If I receive ONE more, your company will be reported to the BBB for harassment. So cease & desist!

In 15 years of renting, I have never had a broker half as good as Courtney Wood. She was extraordinarily transparent and communicative, and we always felt like we had all the relevant information as soon as it became available (24/7 communication!). We faced a difficult move because of a family emergency and pet restrictions, but Courtney advocated for us non-stop until we found we the perfect apartment. She was truly invested in us finding a good home and had our backs throughout the process. By the end of our journey it felt like she was our friend as well as our broker. She continuously checked in with me in the months leading up to signing my lease and continuously advocated for me throughout the process. She responded quickly, and gave great advice on the rental market. Without her help, I would not have been able to secure an apartment I was happy with. I can not recommend her enough!
