We had the best experience renting a bouncy castle from Lana! She was super communicative from the start, and the instructions made setup a breeze. Drop-off was simple, the price was great, and everything went smoothly. The castle itself was a huge hit at our family reunion - the little kids had the time of their lives, and by the end of the night even the big kids couldn’t resist jumping in for some fun. Such an easy, stress-free rental experience. Highly recommend!
LOL helped me again for my daughter’s birthday this year, absolutely amazing and professional service as usual, this year we rented something new - a smoky machine, because our theme is butterfly and fairy - wonderland 🧚 Thank you LOL!
We had an amazing experience with them! Very quick with their replies, pleasant to talk with. We rented the large 48 foot obstacle course and it was a blast!! They delivered and picked up! Their delivery men were super kind, friendly and very polite! Would highly recommend using them and I know I’ll be renting from them again!! Very pleasant experience :) Thank you 😊
We loved our experience! The team is so kind and caring towards their clients and customer service is top notch👌🏼💯 Everything is exactly as advertised and super simple to assemble and disassemble on your own (they also have extra delivery and installation services if you need). This is the best vendor I have ever worked with for parties, they have lots equipment for rental at a fair price, it was on time and professional, and they help me install the balloons and the flower wall so I did not have to worry about it! My daughter had an amazing birthday party, thank you LOL!
