Most annoying and unprofessional services ever. They are in this business but cannot give you a quote or even a mild estimation on the price for 60 people and the person is so rude and cannot even help !!!! This is your job if you cannot help people who are not in this business and are clients approaching you for your services then well its just sad for you! Thank You I didnt have to lose my time and invest my money on such a company!!!
AMAZING service Cindy! She was nice enough to show me all the different products available in the showroom. We shared ideas and spent a very pleasant hour+ trying out ideas on a empty table in showroom to get a visual on how it would all look together. Results came out beautifully. I didn’t spend a crazy amount on rentals but they treated me as if I did. Would highly recommend Cindy as a consultant and this rental company for any occasion. Choices are endless at reasonable prices. People in the warehouse were also very nice and helpful. Thanks again Celebrations, I’ll be back!
Had a horrible experience with them. Some items were missing when they did the delivery on the wedding day, and we tried contacting them several times but couldn’t reach them by phone or email, which added unnecessary stress on top of an already stressful day. They were also late for the pick up after the wedding which caused us to be late for the pick up deadline imposed by the venue and resulted in extra charges for us...Overall, very bad customer service and unprofessional. I would not recommend at all. Had a way better experience with the other rental service we also used for the wedding.
We rented from Celebrations Group for our outdoor wedding in 2022. We needed to rent almost everything for the event and we were able to get all we needed through them and for cheaper! Cindy was our point of contact and she was amazing! Out of all the companies we reached out to for quotes, she was the only one who invited us to their show room to go over all our options. She took the time to talk things over, made great suggestions to ensure we had all we needed and was extremely honest and solutions oriented while helping us to fit our budget! If ever we need to rent items for an event I would 100% call Cindy and use their services again! Thank you!
Had an excellent experience renting chairs and vases for my wedding! Cindy was especially helpful, taking me through all the options at different price points. The delivery and pick-up went smoothly, too! Would highly recommend. Ask for Cindy ;)
