Exceptional service that didn't stop when I moved out! I cannot say enough good things about Amy Willis and Associates, LLC. Even though I moved out of their property six months ago, Jeff Willis and his team continue to blow me away with their professionalism and kindness. I recently had a package accidentally delivered to my old address. Panic set in, but I reached out to Jeff, and without hesitation, he and his team jumped into action. They retrieved the package and arranged to have it sent to my new address immediately. Most companies stop caring once you hand over the keys, but not this team. Jeff has always resolved issues professionally, but this level of care is truly rare. I couldn't move on from our rental without recognizing the outstanding service we received from Jeff Willis throughout our lease. Jeff was responsive, respectful and consistently went above and beyond- even when the issues weren't technically his responsibility. Upon running into major humidity concerns (due to construction flaws outside of his control) he didn't wait around for the builder to act. He took it upon himself to respond immediately and even spent money out of pocket to make sure we were comfortable and protected in the meantime. Jeff handled requests, questions and concerns professionally and often worked around his own personal schedule to make sure they were addressed. I can't help but feel that some of the lower reviews may be tied to tenants who simply didn't like being held accountable to the terms of their lease. Jeff is fair, thorough and clear- exactly what you want if you're the homeowner or the tenant. Be respectful, communicate openly, and you'll have an excellent experience.

We worked with Jeff Willis to sell my mom's house on the Southside of Corpus Christi. There was a good bit of deferred maintenance as well as cosmetic issues with this home which my parents purchased in 1970. He helped us prepare the house for sale and present it attractively for market. He knows the sales process inside and out. Jeff is wise in his advice, and never gets rattled. He is super-responsive to communication. As the seller, he worked very hard on our behalf and helped us navigate some difficult issues. I would give six stars if I could. Were we to sell another property in Corpus Christi, Amy Willis and Associates would be my first call.
