Stop spamming me with emails. They are unwanted and I never agreed to them. Gives the impression this place is a predatory business.

Sabrina Caballero made our home buying experience excellent. My wife and I appreciate her time and patience with our questions and our decisions towards looking for a house. She made sure that we were well informed as well as knowledgeable about each house we looked at. I would recommend her to anyone that is about to start looking for a house to purchase. She will make sure you find what you want. Thank you very much for you help in making sure we found our home.

Our realtor Maggie Peden was an absolute rockstar. We received multiple offers the first day our home was listed and we were closing within that month. Maggie went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure all our needs were met. The process was so easy and smooth. I highly recommend Maggie to anyone selling or buying a house!

I didn't realize that the VA Loan was my best option. I was told by both the real estate agent and lender that I should go with Conventional. I think they were rushing me so they could get money faster. That's the only reason I can think of as to why I would be recommended a worse option. I tried to speak with the broker, Lori, but she was very defensive and told me to speak with my lender. I could easily tell that instead of trying to assist me with resolving the issue, her main concern was protecting the real estate agent, who I have no problem with at all, I just want the issue resolved. If I should have got the VA Loan for my best interest, then why was Conventional being mentioned to me often until I assumed that was my best option? Now I'm thinking I could have used that extra $5,000+ in closing costs to update the house I purchased. I don't like having an issue, concern and/or conplaint and it's obvious instead of being professional, they're defensive and overprotective. I just what is in my best for me, and I don't think being recommended to do the CONVENTIONAL LOAN over VA LOAN was the right thing to do. I'm being told my friends, family, other real estate agents, lenders, that the entire process was wrong to have me choose Conventional.

While I didn't feel appreciated as a client, I was overall happy with the service I received from Kristen Henning in the beginning. They were professional and knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect home for me, so I thought. I don’t feel as if she fought to make sure our home had no issues. This was my first time buying a home and so many mistakes slipped through the cracks. I will not being using Keller Williams or any of its affiliates.
