I highly recomend this company. Oscars customer service is one you don't see anymore, others should follow his politeness and profesionalisim. I was on vacation and downloaded a game that changed my phone completely. With my very limited computer knowledge, I couldn't remove it. He took it and in two minutes had it solved, and refused to charge me. Thank you Oscar.

On a couple of occasions, I brought my cell phone in for a hopeful repair. I thought about buying a new phone but Oscar said come on in, I can fix it. Sure enough, he fixed it and it works like new. I am so glad I didn't buy a new phone. He also saved my computer when it crashed and I couldn't get it back to life. He did his thing in a short period of time of waiting. His service is TOP notch. Oscar is super nice and friendly. Plus, he is honest. I took my (3) Motorola phones to get repaired. Very reasonable prices. Dropped it off Wednesday and picked them up on Friday morning. My wife is very pleased with his work. Need to go back to drop off a tablet...LOL. Store has a "CPR Saves" logo on it. It is a small business and I support small businesses.

So I’m a travel nurse here in California. I dropped my phone yesterday as I got out of the car. Well,the volume bottom button was stuck. So I’m thinking,I can just restart my phone and turn it back on, well,it didn’t come back on. So,I get off work to go to geek squad. All the appointments was booked. They told me it’d be $300 for my stuck button.They referred me to another location. I wasn’t happy about that at all. So go to google to find a cellular repair shop.Because, I knew if I could find someone reputable to replace my phone or fix the problem. I wouldn’t need geek squad. My cell phone had lost colors for a couple of days, screen displayed only black and white. I took it in to Anaheim Cell Phone Repair. Owner Oscar Romero took over my cell phone, suspicious of some "settings" problem. He spotted the problem in less than 30 seconds. He is a mild mannered professional, knows his craft, soft spoken gentleman. He recognized I'm a senior basic cell phone user, he even offered me courtesy service this time. I will definitely go back to him with my PC which is due for some cleaning and upgrades.
