Probably the best doctor visit our dogs have ever had! Dr. Liu and her staff were great and explained everything incredibly well and very thoroughly. We only went in for routine vaccinations so this level of care was unexpected. A very great experience indeed!
I used to love this clinic. I have been an avid defender of this place for almost 7 years. They saved my little dog in 2019 at 9 pm who could ask for more? However over the last 2 years the quality has dropped every visit. It started with pricing increasing every visit. Mind you I came monthly for an allergy shot for my dog so yes monthly! Also they cut hours so no more late visits or appointments on sunday. Recently they ran several tests on my 2 cats, hundreds of dollars between the 2. Insisting there must be something wrong, but they never found a diagnosis and after a couple weeks my the symptoms passed so I let it go. One of the cats has terminal cancer. Is what it is hes old these things happen. But it took 5 different tests to never get an answer of what kind and if we could treat it with anything. Today is the final straw. Brought a foster in for belly pain and frequent urination. Speaking with the on duty vet I was told xray and blood work. Get my estimate, there's 3 other tests more than doubling the price. Frustrated I told the tech absolutely not and this place is a joke and included a lot of the above, apparently this hurt her feelings.... oops? The vet came in and berated me that if I cant be nice I can go somewhere else. Trust me babe I plan on it. Approved xray and pain med to move through the process not to do everything at once. Oh but they cannot rear xray here??? Nope thats another $200 plus because they have to pay someone else to read it... 5 hours into our visit im leaving with no more knowledge than we came in with other than its probably not going to kill this dog. After all these years I will find somewhere else and you should too. The entire staff is new to me and I was here only 4 months ago. Something changed for the absolute worst over the last couple years. Check around you will find more reasonable pricing, similar hours and better staff. The picture is what they used to stand for but that has definitely gone out the windows. The only good experience today was Destiny at the desk and the young man that was also working the desk but I didn't catch his name. Both were very kind and helpful, there was another tech whose name I didn't catch that helped me at the end and she was kind and helpful. Unfortunately the vet herself was rude and just looking for an excuse to get mt money, I also confirmed she lied to my face about the wait being because of an injured dog as the person with me was in the waiting room the entire time and never saw a bleeding dog get rushed in. What a piece of work.
I have been coming here for years now. They are so kind and have loved my sweet babies. They are very helpful, caring and kind. They have always been there even at the end for my little Emily who passed away she was 16 and a half years old and she was part of Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic's family. Then I brought Haley Marie mini Goldendoodle and Lucy Joy her sister toy yorkie poo they're always there for these girls. I love to bring Haley Marie to DoggieStylez for her ears and tail job and she's been doing that since she was 6 months old she's now 4 years old. Doggy Styles is a great place to have your dogs groomed because it's cage free thank you Julie and girls. I love bringing my girls here for daycare, for sleepovers, Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic is not just a veterinarian is they are more like family
My recent visit was completely fantastic! Dr. Josephine was wonderful through and don’t not force me to do anything I was comfortable with. My sweet boxer had bloodwork done and has pancreatitis low in the grey area she gave me discharge instructions and I feel comfortable that he will make a full recovery plus they are easy to get ahold of and close to my house
It’s very expensive but I am still going here. I know this is one of the most expensive vets and should consider people really love their pets but highway robbery isn’t right. I paid for flea meds 125? For 6 months . See my invoice and they lied they didn’t give Teddy a free dose . They said they were out. The dr was strange about prices and because I didn’t ask I was a target.
