The BEST! Great email help and price provided before I ever took my phone in to the store. They provided replacement part pricing for OEM and 3rd party parts and updates when the ordered part was in stock. Price for replacing the back glass for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was very reasonable. They were very friendly and fast. The did the repair in 30 minutes. I will go back here for any repairs I need. Highly recommended.
Horrible experience. I brought my phone in cracked and when I received it back I was having defect problems within the phone such a glitching, moving slow, and random black outs, when I brought it to her attention she claimed it wasn’t her fault and she’ll fix it, once she claimed to have fixed it again the same problem started happening 3 days later. I then took my phone to Apple and the told me she didn’t not properly fix my phone she just added another screen on top of it. I would not recommend going to them THEY ARE A SCAM
The customer service was wonderful and this review has no reflection on that. I'm giving one star because the person who had fixed my front screen for just under $400, did not clean the front camera lens before installing the glass. So my front camera now does not take clear photos at all. I do not have $400 to fix it again. Just wish they would have checked beforehand.
Repaired my water damaged phone in one day. Replaced the screen of a rare European LG phone. The phone is like new now. Drop it off without appointment, very easy place to find, cost me $100 drying and new screen. She communicated by text all along to keep me informed. Patient and very nice technician. Recommend to anyone in need.
Great place with Great prices and they're the best defense all app it's a difficult Apple products and very fast time turned around time and quality worked they're definitely highly recommended
