Was planning on going to an Apple Store and ended up cancelling my appointment. He fixed my phone quickly and efficiently. Reasonable price and a kind demeanor. I will definitely return if I have any other issues with my iPhone. A true gem of a location. Can’t recommend it enough. The guy there, Roman, is very supportive and understanding.

I’m so happy! My phone had water damage, the Apple Store told me it was a lost cause.. they were wrong! He fixed my phone in about an hour, the price was reasonable. If my phone breaks again I’m coming here first. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience, and I'm incredibly grateful for the repair of my phone. I don't know the name of the guy that repaired my phone, but I was worried that some water had entered through the crack of my phone. Luckily, he was able to repair it. The service was wonderful, and the turn around was within an hour. Patience and kindness go a long way, and from it, I received exceptional service. I will continue to give this store business, and refer others to take their phone to be repaired here. Thank you so much!

Roman was great. Had two identical iPhone 12s needing new batteries and charging ports. Very fair pricing, super friendly and quick service. This isn't some mall kiosk. Roman is a fixture on Piedmont Avenue. This is the kind of business you absolutely want to support and the good news is you cannot do better than Roman.
