One of the last of the good shops around that is honest, knowledgeable and provides great service. We’ve had our teslas tires serviced here and they are wonderful. They even checked a tire for a leak and found none (they could have tried to sell us a new one) and didn’t charge. I had a 2021Jeep 4XE serviced here rather go to the dealer. They were prompt and reasonably priced. Overall great techs, a good business and love that they work on Tesla’s. Thanks!
New management? Other good mechanics left...they replaced my valve cover gasket, stated it would take 7 hrs for replacement and the next day it broke and had to replace it again in under 2 hrs, so why charge so much?...now my car is running worse.
I have 400 miles to my oil change and I’m leaking oil all over my garage I looked underneath the car my skid plate has oil all over it don’t know where the leak is coming from. Hopefully, they will be professional and take care of me and clean my engine tomorrow when I go make a complaint. My dipstick is reading halfway full
Place is clean with free popcorn. They look busy which means to say there are a lot of people that trust them. They were nice and did a pretty good job removing the nail on the tire and they did patch it up real good.
Drove into the lot on my donut tire, had to get a tire refitted and rebalanced. Jaiden noticed me drive in, saw the problem, asked me straightforward questions, and got straight to work. After that, he helped replace my wheel, and my small problem was fixed free, no charge. I gotta thank Point S for turning a bad day into a great day, and also helped me with a little air intake problem I had a while back. I definitely recommend this place, they got you covered.
