And Some Flower Café is a charming and relaxing spot in Calgary with a bright, cozy interior surrounded by beautiful floral arrangements. The atmosphere alone makes it a pleasant place to sit back and enjoy a meal or dessert. I ordered the strawberry cruffin, hot chocolate, and aglio e olio. The strawberry cruffin was excellent—fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. It was easily one of the highlights of my visit. The hot chocolate was decent and comforting, though fairly average compared to the desserts. Unfortunately, the aglio e olio did not meet expectations. It lacked flavor and depth and felt underwhelming, especially when compared to how well the desserts were done. Overall, this café truly excels with its pastries, desserts, and ambiance. I would definitely return for the sweets and drinks, but I would skip the pasta next time. Still a lovely café experience and worth visiting.

10/10. The food is amazing and we will be coming back again to try more!!! The pasta was phenomenal and the french toast was so delicious. The presentation is stunning!! The flowers and bouquets look beautiful as well.

This café is undeniably cute and a great option if you’re looking for a spot that stays open late. The aesthetic is charming throughout, from the decor to the beautifully prepared flower arrangements that add a nice touch to the space. The menu, however, is a bit overwhelming—there are a lot of options, and it’s not the easiest to navigate. The drinks themselves are tasty, but it’s disappointing that milk modifications aren’t allowed, especially for those with dietary preferences. There’s a photobooth inside, which is a fun idea, but it isn’t very tidy or well maintained, so it doesn’t quite deliver the Instagram-ready experience you’d hope for. Staff service is okay—nothing particularly warm or memorable, but not unpleasant either. Overall, it’s a cute place with potential, but with a few tweaks it could be a much more enjoyable stop.

One of my absolute favourite spots in the city to cozy up with my work or a book, or catch up over coffee with friends! Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming, and I have yet to try anything on the big menu that I don't enjoy:) I especially love the variety of beverages available, from unique lattes to lemonades and milkshakes! My fave is the strawberry lemonade and very berry croffle 😍 The dried and fresh floral arrangements are also beautifully designed, and I love the option of the cake slice and small bouquet combo for birthdays!

The entire experience for the Afternoon Tea was $124 for 2 people. Making a reservation and deposit was very easy! We had: Pot of tea (of your choice) Madeleine (1 Lemon, 1 Chocolate) Financier (1, assorted) Tigre (2, assorted) Egg Tart (1) Mini Scones (2) Jerry Cheesecake (1) Canelé (2, assorted) Macarons (3, assorted) Shrimp Avocado Toast (2) Ham & Smoked Salmon Toast (2) While this isn’t your traditional Afternoon Tea it definitely had a WOW factor. The cafe doubles as a florist shop so it was very pretty to hang out there too. Everything we had was good, even their scones were warm. Their desserts are made in house. My favourite savoury part was the smoked Ham and Smoked Salmon Toast. My only critique is that they down size the amount of food given and lower the price. For 2 people this was A LOT of food. I highly recommend this place. All of their cafe options looked absolutely delicious.
