My experience of working with Jennifer McPhee was extremely positive. I felt supported and well-advocated for throughout the entire process. She guided me through the journey of a potential dyslexia diagnosis, ensured that reasonable adjustments were put in place, and helped make the whole experience far less stressful. As my hearing approached, Jennifer provided clear directions on what I needed to do, how to improve what I had done, and maintained consistent communication with me. She took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand, which made me feel confident and informed.

Throughout my case Jane Pothan provided me with consistent care and support whilst always remaining professional and I really cannot thank her enough for her genuine kindness and consideration.
