We had the pleasure of working with Sofia Lima with the Andrea Tiopo Group. Although, it was a “buyer’s market” and not a “seller’s market” at the time, she always reassured us that we were going to sell our property. She took all the steps necessary as far as connecting us to get our house professionally staged (shoutout to Cat Jordan with The Luxe Touch Interiors) to marketing, open houses, setting us up with our lawyer etc. She was always professional and made this process much less stressful than it already was. Not to mention, with any questions and concerns response time was always quick and efficient. Thank you for everything!!!
