Heather helped us purchase our forever home and sell our starter home with a very quick turnaround in December. We followed her advice on how to get our house show ready the year leading up to our sale. She had so many tips and it all paid off. She did a fantastic job with our listing. Heather is so knowledgeable, well connected in the industry, dedicated, and clearly loves what she does. She’s definitely someone you want to have in your corner. We are so glad we chose her as our realtor and can’t recommend her enough!

I can't recommend Heather enough as a realtor. I needed to buy a house quite suddenly (and hopefully quickly) and Heather and I hit the ground running. I felt instantly supported and validated and her professionalism and knowledge were apparent and applied from the get-go. She was such a wealth of knowledge at house showings about various features and areas of concern and really took the time to help me learn and refine my direction. I ended up finding the MCM home I was looking for in a neighbourhood I initially hadn’t considered. Heather crafted and submitted my first offer as a first-time homebuyer, and it was accepted amongst other competing offers. One and done. Quick and seamless possession. I love my house, I love my neighbourhood, and my only regret is that my time with her was cut short. Other praises: She is professional, yet personal, very good and quick at communicating, and she definitely has an inner marble (if you know you know)!

Heather was amazing to work with! She spent over a year and a half helping us find our perfect home and was so patient the whole way through. She really listened to what we wanted and never made us feel rushed. She also connected us with great people along the way — from a mortgage specialist to a lawyer — which made the whole process so much easier. We’re so grateful for her help and couldn’t recommend her more!

Where do I begin! Heather has been with us on the search for our forever home for over 4 years! We had a very specific wish list and we really took our time finding our dream home. Heather was with us the whole way, never pressuring us or getting annoyed with how long we were taking and how much of her time we used. Then when we got to selling our house she helped us tremendously with that process and was able to generate 11 offers and we sold way over asking! She has become a friend and I would trust her with any future purchases/sales. She is truly exceptional at her job and she loves what she does and it shines through! Thank you Heather! :)

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Heather. She made the entire home-buying process not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. From the start, she was knowledgeable, highly competent, and immediately earned my trust. She was always available to help, responding quickly to messages and never making me feel like I was on my own. Heather took the time to teach me what to look for in a home, which helped me feel more confident and comfortable. Her friendly and pleasant personality made everything feel far less stressful and even fun. When it came time to put in an offer (on a home with 18 competing offers), she made sure we submitted the strongest one possible. I knew I was in great hands the entire time. Thanks to Heather, I got my dream house! I'll absolutely be recommending her to all my friends. If you're looking for a realtor you can trust who will go above and beyond, look no further :)
