Heather helped us purchase our forever home and sell our starter home with a very quick turnaround in December. I can't recommend Heather enough as a realtor. I needed to buy a house quite suddenly (and hopefully quickly) and Heather and I hit the ground running. I felt instantly supported and validated and her professionalism and knowledge were apparent and applied from the get-go. She was such a wealth of knowledge at house showings about various features and areas of concern and really took the time to help me learn and refine my direction. I ended up finding the MCM home I was looking for in a neighbourhood I initially hadn’t considered. Heather crafted and submitted my first offer as a first-time homebuyer, and it was accepted amongst other competing offers. One and done. Quick and seamless possession. I love my house, I love my neighbourhood, and my only regret is that my time with her was cut short. Other praises: She is professional, yet personal, very good and quick at communicating, and she definitely has an inner marble (if you know you know)!

Where do I begin! Heather has been with us on the search for our forever home for over 4 years! We had a very specific wish list and we really took our time finding our dream home. Heather was with us the whole way, never pressuring us or getting annoyed with how long we were taking and how much of her time we used. Then when we got to selling our house she helped us tremendously with that process and was able to generate 11 offers and we sold way over asking!
