Such cute dresses, great quality and prices too! The lady working was also super friendly and helpful. I live in Anaheim, but I’ll come back for more soon-especially around my friend’s birthdays and Christmas time.

It's a cute local shop with a reasonable price. There is a sister store. The salesperson doesn't pressure people. Street parking. Two dressing rooms.

Bought a dress and shoes to be a bridesmaid in my brother’s wedding, but the dress wasn’t the right fit or color when it arrived and I didn’t care for how it looked on me. The shoes were too small. No time to exchange online, so I had to buy a dress and shoes from another local store. After wedding festivities and craziness settled down, I went to return the dress and shoes. I knew they had a 14 day return policy. Well, it had been 14 days so I messaged customer service. Shop owner was out of town so they said they would email her for approval and get back to me. I didn’t hear back. I contacted them two days later only to find out that they were not to going to let me return either item and I was completely out of luck. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I emailed my frustration with absolutely zero reply. I’m shocked at how abysmal their customer service is.

My wife and I have driven by and after seeing the clothes outfront with the clearance of 20-50% off had to stop in. Betty has amazing customer sevice and even put everything in the dressing room as we shopped. The store has a huge selection with great styles. We will definitely be coming back.
