Andy’s is my favorite ice cream place. However, today, I was disappointed by the customer service. The skinny girl wearing glasses that took my order was very rude and impatient.

We ordered the Jackhammer and the apple pie sundae. The Jackhammer I got had blue sprinkles that turn your mouth blue because of the volume of sprinkles they put in it! Too many sprinkles and took away the taste. It had some Oreos. And the marshmallow frosting was too thick and too much. It made the overall treat very gooey and slimy. If anything, there was no custard, it was only sprinkles and marshmallows! Then let’s talk about the stomach upset I had for 2 whole days afterwards! I’m not sure about the rest of the menu but I won’t be ordered that anymore! I don’t think we will be coming back. His stomach was very upset too! Won’t recommend. Friendly service though, the cashier knew what she was talking about. Aware of the contents of each item we asked about and was friendly and patient. Great customer service, poor products. Maybe follow the ingredients instructions, because the portions were too off

One of my favorite places for an after dinner dessert! Always a friendly staff and tasty treat. Such a nice atmosphere when it gets a little cooler and get to order from the window!
