From the minute I walked in the attention given by reception was just amazing. Our baby boy Chuckie was taken straight to be examined and get the attention he needed. They were so comforting and thoughtful and you felt like you were heard. I was reassured and they looked after him so well and worked until 1am for me to come and fetch him. The following day they reached out just at the right time where I was feeling overwhelmed. Their reassurance and advice was so appreciated. Short wait, friendly caring staff. Cost less than I expected. Wish the emergency health system for humans was as good an experience. Shout out to Charlotte who rolled her sleeves up and helped clean my dogs huge vomit out my van with enthusiasm. Look at this dog, he feels so guilty he won’t even look at the camera!
