Every single person that we dealt with were completely compassionate, kind, informative, thorough and mostly patient. I have called several times since our visit and whoever I speak with has always been so helpful and I never felt like I was bothering them or wasting their time. Most of all any suggestions that were made to help we tried and worked. I wish they could be my normal vet! Each and every person we dealt with provided excellent and caring care. Dr Julie was so helpful listening to our concerns and needs and really helped us out. The patience and kindness and mostly the superior quality of care

On December 21st, 2025, we lost our very precious Dumplin. She had been with us since she was a puppy, new to the world, and for 9 years and 1 month she filled our lives with joy, happiness, and unconditional love. In October 2025, Dumplin was diagnosed with an immune-related condition, and after 2½ months of suffering, she passed on December 21st. She is missed more than words can express. At 6:00 a.m. that morning, Dumplin lost a significant amount of blood. With tears in my eyes and barely able to speak, I rushed her to Animal ER Care @ VSC on North Nevada, behind Trader Joe’s, asking if they could help ease her pain and allow her to go peacefully. The team there showed us incredible compassion. They brought us into a room quickly and treated Dumplin—and our family—with kindness, dignity, and care. Despite the urgency and emotional distress we were experiencing, they did not take advantage of the situation. Instead, they offered understanding, guidance, and a reasonable cost, which helped ease an already overwhelming burden. I cannot thank them enough for their support during one of the hardest moments of our lives. They were truly a blessing to me and my family. We will miss you always, Dumplin, and we will never forget you. ❤️

I wish I could give an even higher rating! We came to Animal Care ER scared, heartbroken, and unsure how we were going to let our beloved Knight go—but our guy was ready. From the moment we walked through the door, the care and compassion we received were truly incredible. Every single person we encountered treated Knight like he mattered, like family. They took the time to talk with us, explain everything gently, and never once made us feel rushed. Knight was very anxious when they first took him back to start the IV, and the staff handled it with such patience and kindness. They made sure he was calm and comfortable before continuing and kept us informed every step of the way. They spoke softly to him, loved on him, and showed us so much grace during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Before he passed, Knight sat up on my lap and looked at me—that moment will stay with me forever. Because of the compassion and care of the team at Animal Care ER, we were able to say goodbye with peace, dignity, and love. If you ever find yourself in the heartbreaking position of having to say goodbye to your fur baby, I cannot recommend Animal Care ER enough. Their kindness, patience, and humanity made all the difference. Thank you for taking such beautiful care of our Knight 🤍🐾

We live 2 hours away and our small town vet didn't have openings so we drove to Colorado springs to bring our boy Logan, when we first arrived we were welcomed with open arms, the entire staff kept us informed thru everything. Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel like family and for saving our boy.

We've been to Animal ER Care multiple times, unfortunately, but every single time, we have VALUED the help we received! The staff is Top Notch and they listen intently while loving on our furry kiddos like no others! We recently needed their life-saving help for our young Sophie, with an undiagnosed liver issue. She's now doing wonderfully and continuing toward a great outcome! If you are in need of emergency help, DEFINITELY look to this facility. We appreciate and cherish them! 🤗
