I approached Ian for help with proper movement mechanics in rock climbing. I was having shoulder, elbow and wrist pain because of bad movement patterns and trouble activating my scapulae. I was very impressed with his knowledge of muscle systems and his depth and breadth of exercises to help me activate properly. After a couple months I have built a much stronger mind-muscle connection and have been climbing the best I ever have and more importantly I'm no longer struggling with elbow or shoulder tweaks.

I’ve seen a couple of rehab specialists in the past, and it’s easy to say that Ian is by far the best. Instead of just fighting my symptoms, he was able to diagnose the root issue—and more impressively, explain it to me. Starting from my symptoms, we traced everything back to certain weaknesses, tightness, and habitual actions that were causing the problem. That gave me a clear understanding of why I’m doing the specific exercises. GOAT.
