Suzy was so kind and compassionate. My son and I found a deceased pregnant cat on Bonanza Road. We took it to Animal Kindness to get her checked for a micro chip. Suzy took the cat right in as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately no chip but offered to have her and her babies cremated. She even asked if we would like the ashes. The place looked and smelled nice and clean. Highly recommend.

DO NOT take your little loves here!!! They will kill them if you don’t agree with what treatment plans or can’t pay for what they want to charge you! They took my pup in another room and told me the unprofessional disgusting dr😡 will check her and they kept making excuses why she couldn’t come back in the room with me or i couldn’t be with her. i kept asking over and over and they just kept making excuses while telling me to sign up for aid. when they finally let her come back in the room she was different and wouldn’t even come to me! we finally got to leave and my babe died when we got home!!!🤬 that dr, “PARVEEN HOTHI” has no respect and does not care about your pets or you! you’ve been warned! don’t make the same mistake!!!

Very bad service I received from there they out you in hold for tomes and the phone hangs up it self I took my dog here before and somehow all the records weren't coming up really bad service theh wanted to put all the vaccines to my dog even thoe she has them all already I dont know ow whats going on with the front desk people but this made me vhs ge vets and a hole bunch of friends of mine that I recommend this place to please please do not come here if you love your pets trust me take them somewhere else you will thank me later
