I flew from Colorado to LAX to try on wedding dresses. Esmeralda was so sweet and kind. Made every moment of trying on dresses so special! This store makes you feel welcomed, heard and pretty. I said yes to the dress here, no regrets! 100/10

Best bridal dress shop!!! As soon as you walk in you can smell the scent of elegance and beauty. The beautiful chandeliers and rose covered walls and ceilengs give it that extra touch of elegance and place where you say 'I want to get my dress here'! They have so many styles of dresses and you are more than likely to leave that same day with a dress you love. I was helped by Mari and she is the best person I could of asked for. Mari was genuinely as excited as me to help find my dream dress and thats exactly what she did. Im an undecisive person when it comes to shopping and even so, Mari always had a smile on her face and never made me feel bad for not finding "The Dress" or taking too long in finding it. She made me feel welcome and gave me a sense of reassurance I would find what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Trust me, I've shopped at other places and this by far has been the best in prices, customer service, and friendliest. I noticed all their staff are welcoming and attentive to their customers. Once you find your dream dress, they make sure everyone in the boutique knows it haha they ring bells and offer to take your picture in front of their beautiful rose wall with a cute sign that says 'I said yes to the dress'. Its an experience for sure and one I will never forget. Thank you Mari and Anita's Bridal Boutique for the excellent service, treatment, and for helping me find my gorgeous wedding dress. 👰‍♀💍🥂💕

I had the best experience at Anita’s Bridal. They made me feel so special and beautiful. They gave me lots of attention and were timely and kind. My dress was ready for pick up, they had my alterations done in less than 3 hours. You guys made this experience for me! Thank you Jose and team, I am so excited for our big day!

I had an excellent experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I would especially like to thank Ms. Mary. She has a remarkable eye for detail, great style, and the patience to guide me through every step of the process. While the entire team was outstanding, Ms. Mary’s expertise and professionalism stood out. This establishment creates an atmosphere where you truly feel valued. I left not only satisfied with my dress but also uplifted, and I am grateful for the exceptional service I received. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable and wonderful time. So @anitasbridal (LA) not only grossly disappointed, their disrespectful and unprofessional staff have no customer service skills nor can they demonstrate conflict resolution skills at their manager level. The manager Jose could not provide intelligent communication other than put up their hand saying they will not answer our concerns regarding a choppy and crooked alteration job that we did not authorize! They promised two fittings and neither was given. A sad day for our bride who has to compromise on her wedding day to make this dress work as best as possible. We had had a terrible experience coming here for a wedding dress. The first visit the agreement was to come back in for a fitting with the bridal shoes to be worn, the dress was cut and altered without bride's consent. As a bride this was devastating to her since the dress was completely cut with a crooked hemline when bride was expecting a longer dress, the trim was messy and uneven. When we voiced our concerns about this dress Alex and the manager Jose gaslighted us saying they went based off the height and the dress was fine, "oh you won't trip now" or "just wear flats" This was never mentioned from the beginning that the dress would be touched. We felt very uncomfortable with our experience, their rude and unprofessional behavior and comments (calling us a Karen), and were unsatisfied with the outcome of the bride's dress and service as they decided to kick us out of the building with no apologies for anything or even try to make things right. Please do your research before doing business with this shop and their staff, who claim to be consultant advisors and managers.
