Love love love this bridal store! From start to finish, the service, value, and overall experience were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I worked with Esme, and she was truly incredible--so patient, kind, and supportive every step of the way. I'm very indecisive and ended up coming back three separate times to be sure about my dress, and Esme was just as warm, attentive, and helpful each visit. She never made me feel rushed or pressured and genuinely wanted me to feel confident in my choice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Amazing dresses ranging from all price ranges. I highly recommend this store if you're in the area!
I had the most amazing experience at L’amour thanks to my rep Milena! She was so patient, caring and helpful! My fiancé and I decided to get married in 6 months so time was of the essence to find a dress. I was able to book a next-day appointment & got so lucky to have Milena help me. She was prepped and ready by the time of my appointment and had already picked out some dresses for me to try on based on my notes! She also allowed me the freedom to browse additional dresses. She made the whole experience so memorable and calm, that I went ahead and purchased my dress then and there! I’d definitely recommend asking for Milena if you want to have your fairytale wedding dress shopping experience.
I came to LA from San Diego to see what inventory the fashion district had. After seeing 5 stores I casually walked around this one when one employee (Suzy) was fixing a dress by the door. She asked me if I wanted to see their inventory and I said sure. Long story short, everything that I didn’t want in a dress I ended up buying because Suzy encouraged me to try the styles on! Needless to say after all the stores I had seen online and tried in San Diego and LA, I found the one and it was all thanks to Suzy! I cried as soon as the veil went on! Also the prices are INCREDIBLE for Designer dresses ! Management was also very accommodating and really worked with my budget. I hate when you set a budget and the staff make you fall in love with something outside it, so I truly appreciated them respecting it. PLEASE VISIT THE STORE. I found the wedding dress of my dreams here for such an incredible price given all alterations were included! The alterations alone I could imagine most seamstresses charging close to $1k - but I was able to have 5 bustle points, shorten the hem (including removing the appliqué and reapplying) and making the corset smaller done free of charge. The small note I have is on the wedding day itself, there were quite a few straight pins that were sewn into the dress and poked me, but overall it wasn’t a huge issue. I had the BEST experience at L’amour the girls at the shop were truly amazing! This was my first time wedding dress shopping I tried on a total of 6-7 dresses before I said yes to my absolute dream of a dress! Everyone were SO GOOD at reading my style, answering all of my questions, and making me feel beautiful in every dress! I was even able to decided on my dress the same day. If you’re debating on doing the private event DO IT my experience was incredible! Thank you to everyone who helped me:)
