Tony and Tammy did a great job on my nails. They were very attentive to their work, and constantly checked up on me to make sure I liked the work they were doing. They took their time and didn’t rush, even though I was a walk-in! They stayed with me a little after their closing time to ensure their work was perfect and customer more than satisfied!

I cannot say enought good things about Tony at Ann Nicole's Nail & Spa! He's incredibly talented, detailed and actually listens to what you want - which is rare. Every time I leave, my nails look exactly how I pictured them (and somehow even better!) The shape, the polish, the designs - everything is always perfect! On top of that, he's so easy to talk to and makes the whole appointment feel relaxing and fun. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I’ve been going to Ann Nicole’s Nails & Spa for over two years now, and I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else! I used to live right down the street, but even after moving to McKinney a 25–30 minute drive away, I still make the trip every single time I need my nails done. That’s how amazing they are! Every single one of the staff members is so kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is always warm, clean, and relaxing you can feel the good energy as soon as you walk in. I’ve never had a bad experience or left unhappy with my nails. They come out perfect every single time! I truly enjoy seeing their smiling faces, sharing laughs, and having great conversations while getting pampered. It’s such a comfortable and uplifting environment, and I honestly look forward to every visit. Ann Nicole’s Nails & Spa isn’t just a nail salon , it’s a place that makes you feel taken care of and appreciated. Highly, highly recommend! 💅✨

Edit: they had a Sign saying 20% off their service when I first did my nails they said it would be 20% off the second service. OK cool. I go for my second visit. I got a dip manicure and they were understaffed so I had to wait a little bit. When I went to pay the 20% wasn’t applied so I asked about it and the guy told me I would get 20% off of a pedicure so I said OK. I have to get one this weekend anyways it was just kind of frustrating though, that the banner says 20% off service and doesn’t state which one and having to find out on my second service and That It had to be a pedicure. they were so short staffed for the pedicure I couldn’t enjoy it. It was rushed and still had calluses on my toes. I won’t be returning not worth the drive. I was really hopeful for this place. Out of many salons that I’ve been too, this by far has been a great experience. Tammy was so kind and treated me as if I’ve know her forever. It was peaceful and my nails are spot on. 💕

Edit: I came back for a second visit, but I won’t be returning due to misleading advertising. I first came in mid-June for a classic gel manicure and a classic pedicure with regular polish. I chose this salon because the website said there was a 20% discount on services during happy hour (Monday–Thursday, 10am–3pm). When I asked about it, I was told it only applied to Gel-X services. I said no problem, and when I paid, I was told I’d receive 20% off on my next visit. Today, I came back and noticed a banner that said “20% off second service,” and the website still states 20% off any service for all customers. But when I went to pay and asked about the discount, I was told it didn’t apply because I only got a manicure this time, not both a manicure and pedicure like before — which makes zero sense. This kind of inconsistency and misinformation is really disappointing, and I won’t be coming back. I attached pictures below. First time visiting and I had a great experience! Tammy was amazing—super friendly and attentive. Special mention to Tina and the other gentleman who helped out as well. I used to make the drive all the way to Dallas Nail Bar on Garland Rd, but lately it hasn’t been worth it, especially since they don’t clean up my cuticles properly anymore. Tammy took great care of mine. I already told my mom about their happy hour specials and the great service. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure—both turned out great! I’ll definitely be coming back!
