Our waitress was very nice and acommodating. At first everything went well when I didn't have a spoon to mox my coffee she got one for us right away. However the kitchen seemed to be a bit overwhelmed as it took about an hour for our food to come out and when it did there were a few mistakes. I ordered grits with my egss I got potatoes, my wife ordered a fried chicken blt with no tomatoes and got a regular blt with tomatoes. By the time our food came out we were ready to go as is so we didn't make a fuss about it and the issues were minimal. And the wait staff kept checking on us while we were waiting making sure our coffee and hot chocolate were filled up. Which really did a good job keeping things on the up and up
I have not been here in years. On today 11/11/25 I decided to stop and grab breakfast. I ordered an OJ and Veggie Delight. The food was fair and my service was manageable. Once I received my bill, to see my orange juice cost $5.29 IS INSANE!!! I understand inflation is to the moon these days; but $5.29. For this reason I won’t be back. This is ridiculous!!!! I don’t have an issue paying for my wants but this…..NO! Below I have a photo of the small glass that I’ve had to pay for.
This was my first time visiting Another Broken Egg Cafe, and I’m glad I took the recommendation from a family member to stop by for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I ordered the Veggie Delight Omelette, City Grits, and Unsweetened Tea. Every part of the meal was delicious. The omelette was cooked to perfection, light, fluffy, and packed with flavor. The City Grits were creamy and comforting, just the way they should be. Service was another highlight. Our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I also appreciated that the manager took a moment to stop by our table and personally check in on how everything was. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend for a satisfying and welcoming breakfast experience!
I decided to eat here while waiting for my truck to charge and was pleasantly surprised. The classic French toast was excellent..just the right balance of crisp and fluffy. The sausage patties weren’t what I expected, but they had a lot of flavor and were still really good. A tasty, convenient stop.
