Wanted to purchase a ceramic item from the window but door was locked at 1230 pm on a thursday. Some woman was teetering around inside but not interested in opening up or explaining like a decent person. Similar to other experiences here.

Pretty jewellery but only got to catch a quick glimpse as the owner was extremely unhelpful and apparently didnt want to sell us anything 🤣 Couldnt be bothered to suggest anything or read a price tag. Pretty rude and 1 star for customer service.

Such a beautiful shop and I have purchased several wonderful items of jewellery and silver during the past few years from it. The owner was always very helpful, friendly and so knowledgeable about the items I was inquiring about. Highly recommend this business.

I waited for a long time while there were customers in front of me and the owner that was working there didn’t even ask if I was doing ok or even say hello. It was about 15 minutes I waited and when the customers left my friend asked if she could look at a ring that was displayed and the owner, a blond old lady snapped at her while completely changing her tone to happy and joyful from the other old lady’s to angry and annoyed when talking to two young girls and said no and said she wouldn’t be able to afford it as it’s worth $10k. During when she was snapping at us she didn’t even look at her and were doing other things so we decided to leave.

Looks like there's a lovely collection of art deco jewellery but unfortunately didn't get any further than the window. While finishing up a phone call outside the front yesterday (because I believe walking into any shop on the phone is rude) a blond lady came out and rudely snapped "the sign says no photos". I let her know I was on the phone and even showed her my screen. She just marched back into the shop without a word. Even if I was taking photographs, anyone with the most basic customer service training or experience would have handled the situation better than she did. Needless to say I didn't venture any further inside. Seems I'm not the only one who has had a less than pleasant experience based on the other reviews here.
