My friend Dav referred me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Shawn, the manager, is a great guy very welcoming and professional. The gym is clean, the equipment is solid, and the training environment is serious and motivating. Exactly what you need to stay consistent.

Amazing gym experience! They have very nice equipment, clean gym, friendly staff. Amazing lighting! If you want to do cardio, weight training, TRX, hybrid training, they have everything :)
