The notary was not honest or clear about how much he charges. As you can see in the picture attached, he says he charges $100.00 total plus $15.00 per additional signatures. We had a total of 6 documents. So the break down should've been: $15.00x6+ $100.00= $190.00 But no, at the end he decides to completely change what he said & charges us 100.00 per signature. He wanted to charge us $690.00!! But I counter offered $500.00 & he accepted. This man is a scammer, a liar & a complete fraud. He should've told us exactly how much he charges from the beginning. He tried to blame me saying I should've told him how many documents we had but why would he need to know that if he'd already told me how much he charges in total & per signature? Plus, he could've asked me too! I can't believe we got scammed like this. We paid him because unlike HIM, we are honest people & don't believe in ripping people off. He's going to get his karma & learn a valuable lesson about honesty when he pays for something & gets tricked just like he tricked us. God bless you sir.
